THOUGHTS ?

- separate the common shares less to buyout ( former post example )
- wellgreen is almost only deposit with extraction diff - lol
- factor all other wellgreen metals = deal for purchaser
- factor MHP hydroxide or matte  vs simple concentrat / major profits more
- factor iron / mg credit

i figure,
spot prices are tethered.
allowing favor to majors = scoop projects.

Suppress spot metal prices
tames stock valuations 
producers can't mine at a profit
paves road for Govt's to partner with producers.
