Resolve ? Nato nations band together - disallow their major miners from mining foreign, minerals.
Instant retreat to, own national resources instead of assisting forein / BRICS nations.
Then, ban Indo / China nickel, etc... ( other critical minerals )
Begin building out our own manufacturing infastructure.
This shoild've happened - few years ago.
Instead... lots of games, goal posts, till... the shift moves to foreign resources.
