RE:RE:RE:Iorich Wins Again

RE:RE:RE:Iorich Wins AgainYa mac. I was totally expecting a change of control.   There have been a few done this year. But at firesale prices. So this special provision seams perfect. I am guessing, the lender will add directors.
So it is a change of control in a sense. They have requested 20 million immediately to do the restructure. So I am guessing they will build the slurry piping to ne deposit and complete UG crusher.

They have lots of ore on surface, and lots of long stope face to mine. They are keeping workforce on.

So it makes sense to me that they will keep mining and milling at the slow rate and then ship the concentrate when the restructure is complete.

Essentially, this will be a completed 5000 tpd mine and mill at about 400 million cad debt. It should go to nameplate quickly. Yes. Lorich wins again. High copper price saved the day.
