You KNOW what THAT usually means? Right?

The very HIGH likelyhood of Nevada filing for Chapter 11 by tonight.......when everyone is off for the week-end for some R&R or fast asleep.........

Well......This turned out EXACTLY like i had predicted. I hate to be right ......a good % of the time with my calls.....and it's indeed  "quite unfortunate" for the way things tunred out & for investors still holding on to their shares for dear life.........But as SAD as this for them......the reality is that this was being telegraphed for sometime now AND there were REDflags popping up all over and alarms bells going off in the distance.... quite frquently here.......So it should NOT come as a surprise to anyone here......IF you were paying attention!

If you were not....or YOU chose to dismiss those signs......then you ARE totally & unequivocally screwed!

So what happens now? After they file for Chapter 11 Bankruptcyin thenext few days, weeks this will go into some type of liquidation mode as the involved parties fight for scraps... and as someone else has stated.....THE DEBT holders get EVERYTHING and the the folks holding equity.....are .....Yep you guessed it!......screwed......and will get NOTHING.....nada ....Zero.....Ziltcho...a BIG FAT hollowed out donougnut................

And with the debt & obligations these guys have on the books....on the hook for.....i seriously doubt anyone will buy this out outside BK........

So time for you good folks to accpet the losses suffered here ......and move on! And HOPEfully some valuable lessons are learned.............not to be repeated again........

U don't know what U are doing...  histuretiks...  signs - from the twilight zone...  run that stopsigns and move on creaming an 18 wheeler... file for 11 - the courts are closed.  did U look in the Federal Courts for a doket... otw - pls re-post if keeps the illogical..  20 months now ?
