U seam pretty certain we originated from stars and that we cease existance in the entire universe when we die. I would b interested in the evidence u have evaluated to draw those conclusions.
For the most part science agrees on the physical universe having an age of a few billion years. They agree that it had a sudden beginning.
The other bodies that we have been able to evaluate r essentially made up of the same ellements as earth. Just not as balanced to support life.
When we or any animal dies and is creamated the only thing left is mineral found in clays of the earth. There is speculation that the earth and moon were originally from a much larger body.
Einstien theorized e=mc2. Today there are few that would argue with that basic formula. So to make the universe there had to be an abundance of energy 1rst.
With all the science pointing to universe being billions of years old and some life forms even billions old such as dinos, and some such a land animals and mankind only arriving thousands of years ago some religionist make a mockery of science by saying all this happened in six 24 hr. days.
They claim a 3500 year old book says that. But they obviously did not pay attention to what they were reading, as the book clearly states no time period for the universe creation. It then goes on to the 6 days of preparing the earth for life. No where does it say that a day was 24 hrs. in length.
The book does say that the sixed day was a long time. All land animals were created during that 6 day. Also the book says 1 man was created and given the task of observing each animal and giving them apropriate names. Today I count about 10 thousand animals. It was after that at the end of the 6 day that the last creation, a woman was said to have been created. That man was recorded as saying. At last! So day six was a long time for sure. The other ones likely were as well.
Most wars and other evil things have been done in the name of religion. So your not participating in religion would absolve u from there wicked deeds.
However, if your standards that u set happen to b different from the standard of an almighty god, Your final outcome would lijely b different than u r hoping for. I am like u. If I die and there is a good outcome, I will b happy. If like most religions say. I am going to burn forever in some creepy place, then I will sit there warming up while taking some solace that I never worshiped such an evil god.
