RE:Never have I seen44... my take is brokers took the 15% alottment and probably want to hold the warrants longer term. They probably have put a dark pool sell at .16 to recoup their initial investment, thus paying only 1 cent per warrant to maintain upside... It's just how they expect to be rewarded IMO.
These shares will move into strong over the next week or two even with all else staying constant. All just my own opinion of course but I am happy to just wait... Other's have waited for years so I am defs okay to wait a few weeks.
