RE:RE:Consolidation in May and black-out now

RE:RE:Consolidation in May and black-out nowHi Arb and others.
  1. I spoke to Rich. He does not know what the ratio will be. It is not decided yet but it will happen in May
  2. Bog you twit. My motivation to declare what I buy has zero to do with ego and everything to do with stnanding by what I say. My goofy million dollar position is fly shite for most investors. Maybe it means more to you only.
  3. Sngu and myself are not connected. We have exchanged a couple of PM's about splitting the purchase of what's his nutz warrants should there be an offer made
  4. I do not understand why there is a thread if no one wants to stand up and make assumptions, estimates, present questions about insiders etc... that is what I do. I really do not think you can stop me no matter what you say bog (your attempt to round up a puzzy possy in the past to "report" me to stockhouse came to nothing. It is all in the post history if you do not remember.

Hi Notgnu,

Personally I have not had much success with share consolidation in other stocks in the past but having said that the current float is high and will go higher with warrants once exercised.

I do agree that higher share price will attract institutional investors and like you stated the stock will qualify for margin.

Do you know if share consolidation was pre-approved by shareholders and was there details on the consolidation such as  20:1 or 15:1 etc.

I don't trade on US exchanges so not sure where NCU trades but higher share price would assist with listing on NY or NasDaq which again would attract attention to big US investors.
