The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Nevada Copper, Inc.

here in Distrik 29..  they don't hav a permit or a gate to Operational Unit # *8 @ Anaconda..  HBM (w/o looking) has rail coming out of Mason - but not into NCU.. 

NCU is Permitted for a 12 Mile Rail Extension Onto the Naval Underwater Warfare Center @ the Hawthorne Weapons Depo; rail line that runs to the port of San Fran..  I.e.  they are permitted to go the oppisite direction of HBM and tap in the the military rail..  bek\lieve that one runs below carson thru california around bishop...

next HBM did not get thier permit for arizona - Rio sent em pakin..  HBM also refuZed to make a Deal w the First Nations @ Ft Apache/Arizona..  they hauled HBM's butti into federal court; they now B Dead Meat - looking for a place to hang out and cure..  thei permit went into the circular file..  they used Senator John McCain to jam that thru; the tribes first customer foa a true scalping and 30 free seconds..  they were mortal enemies...

When NCU pipes upm about they "Don't Hav a Permit"  thats what they B singing about !

Otw - moason is aboutn the same size as NCU - two undergrounds and an open pit..

w/o a permit in the works..  HBM stays @ 2B$ Market cap..  looks like a nice mining acompany; they simply tried to draw into an inside straight in arizona
