Neither, they’re not worth a plugged nickel. It may take you a while to get your head around this fact but pounds in the ground or what we like to call an ore deposit, is by nature a financial liability. Why? Because BEFORE those pounds can be converting into dollars, one must dig them out of the ground, grind them up, and transport the concentrate to a smelter, all of which incurs considerable expense.
Now in terms of Sugarplums dancing in your head perhaps what you really wish to know what price those pounds in the ground will fetch, less costs 5 years, or 10 years from now. Really? You and millions of others would love to know the answer to that.
