RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Bad Luck

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Bad Luckharry said teh dumped 98 tons into the water shed..

there is U237 naturally occuring in the rok mined on the surface..

during teh clean up - they swipped the tires - bukets and all of the mne quipment for 237..

they didn't find a dmnned thing - including the waste oil pits..  when they went bak and reviewed the data..  there is 237 in the GW - but its below threshold..  i think there is also a tace of radon - again negative bewond bakground

ehre is a link to that report..  U cannot coppy paste - its loked!

ehre is the important gizmodo..  on 5/5/2021..  there was a letter of consent included in thaqt batch of files - hosting the GW Revision Report..

the local tribes agreed with the findings..

here is another thing...  Nevada Ordered the Report and signed off on the revisions..

here is the kiker..

Arco - objected (2 something ?)  and Nevada told arco - U - either sighn or we will let BLM "Fine U N the Spine"  it was a critten threat/communique - from nevada !

--> that original report was compiled by CHMM from New Jersey..  this was the compaqny that wrote all of the doom N gloom superfund reports when federal money was available for cleanups..

harrry hater took this infor aqnd went to theh tribes w a terror storm..

nevada admits there is pollution - mostly arsenic - there is also some selenium another tri-halide..

as far as the tribes continiung to recieve bottled water..  the city simply needs to supply water w a couple new mains - including weed heights..

i did not read that doket from top to bottom - ANYHOW !

basically ther report states thre is a plume coming off of the miine site - couple hundred yards; headed to the walker river - it does not show Uranium 237..

CHHM initial report was a canned hunt report - with canned hunt findings from the 1980's & is otherwise a FRAUD..  Nevada State said this - not arco - the tribes or stakeholders...

my guess !  they are going to reclaim - treat the pit lake for arsenic; that's the only regulated metal in the pit...  reclaim it and re-use it to NPDES surface water standards..  i.e the new owners are going to polish the water for re-use..

nevada state has no intention of draining that lake !

--> i checked today to see if that ARC MOU/ROD was in the file sets..  last updated 5-5-2021; its not there..

ahw - you will hav to hak a little until U open the PDF REgister..

nevada state has mandated - all new mines w BEST CONVENTIONAL TECHNOLOGY to win one of thier permits...
