Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. FAST 41 was not the Federal Law when NIC got their OP Permit..

FAST 41 Gives the State of Nevada "FULL INT#ERM STATUS"  for writing and APPROVING ALL permints related to  mining in a DISTRIK.

Basically this F41 turns yearington into a giant shopping mall..  the federal goverment no longer has ony oversite on mine permitting - even on federal BLM Lands..

YES NCI can attempt to do a solo OP - has a permit to do this..

then NCI is 5000 acre feet of water short for 100000 - soo its now 50,000 w the water they are apparently leasing..

No ARC Land Swap..  Great Promise all of the JV's head bak to elko and vancouver w a few of the reno players..

then NCI has to build mills..  buy truks...  build maint sheds..  run a little rail to shurts..  build a little nest for the snail darters that will infect the site like maggot flies on uncovered bed pans..

the list goes  on..  

R we seeing a 10% drop of this today..  Been a mannymammyManny days since i held a stork that took a 10% haircut..

then there is no time to get the conc to reno and the processors overseas going into 2022 t make a difference...

we lost our azzz today !
