Explaining the resignations seams easy. Pala have up control to tf. So far 4 or 5 Pala Merc directors have left. That would have been part of the structure change.Pala still has people on the board, which is appropriate. However, Elliot will want control, so lead independent director is appointed as boss for now. This is as close to 0 risk for Eliot as it gets. It also brings mine quickly to nameplate which is good for all investors.
It is a great deal. Might even allow me to get more cheapies:))
