RE:My suspicion isMinimum price which pays off loans etc, and leaves some for the shareholders?
Possible, but my reading of the documents is that it will be an auction.
If a minimum price that assumes it may not be sold.
If that was the case would they have gotten the 60m?
Best way i see shareholders getting compensation is a cash / share offer, cash pays off lenders, shares traded for shareholder equity.
Some of the lenders may take shares if a major offers.
Quite possible a major would want this asset for a fraction of what it would cost to develop the same for themselves, mine, crusher, 3.5 billion pounds of copper, 612k ounces of au.
16b$ cu
1.5b au
.6 b ag
18b $ just the open pit
So not inconcievable there are a few bids, and shareholders get some.
Bidding rules will tell us in 34 days.
