Both with the dialect and also the "Extra slow learner " version of the short form( which Iam suffering from on this topic)

That said I will seek confirmation from another local expert as I am surprised that the Cdn banks would take positions in NCI = however I suspect they are covered off to minimize any significant risk!

And here we thought that all Canadians were ethical people!

the bad guys here are scotia and morgan.. this is a very limited medium ! otw - you need a real time / paid scription -- trading platform (day trader  - not ameritratiors/etc) to see these time and sales.. Virtu or ITG purchased (look at stockwatch -roll down - look at the trades -x-chi-x) purchased large volumes of NCI greater than 110 bak in sept.. presently VirtuITG Canada (market maker ...more

take positions in NCI  ?? i would like to know the answer to this also ! as to morgan..  i will say it again !  i think they went after that KiWi Bank in Germany - tried to buy that NCI Note Series. why - because thats what they doo !  come in an d write junk bonds. U think ?
