No, the dollar is in the house, but not from increased business activity.  The flight to safety is through the USD, as needed selling foreign currencies to buy dollar denominated assets, bonds, T-bills, gold, copper etc.   b.

simply not the case !  i trade in USD, Eu and Ca....  the curriencies fload but they are not directional during the day...  up/down i.e. they are not being encircled...
