well dutycat, the NR will be about the financial situation... a 10 4 1 rollback c/w cash from a pp for a pile of shares and warrants.... the bump is because it gives a stay to BP proceedings....

The mine is privately held in lieu of bankruptcy.. ~80%.. the public float is aorund 750 M storks.. how many s=torksof the 750 R inclusive of the 80& unknown. How many are simply parked on the CBOT in Chicago w the Market MaX or TMX..   I hav Level II(2) turned off in my trade station v/s fees in a flat day market. I suspect the activity we hav seen in the last couple days is related
