...... did you mean the Glencore/Donner  partnership with the  Bracemac-mcleod mine? 

 

"If they were given free reign they could take the company to the choke point which would suit them fine as they could extract 100% of the value via the loans.  Long term this would be 100% for Pala and zero percent for us.   We must be on guard against this possibility."

 

...... I limited my NCU share ownership in December in fear of a scenario with a NCU default with the Pala loan. Glad to see that others can see this and that I am not just imagining the possibility. Thanks for mentioning this one.
