RE:RE:RE:Needing info on warrants

RE:RE:RE:Needing info on warrantsFrom the news release:

"Each Warrant will be exercisable for one Common Share (each a “ Warrant Share ”) at a price of $0.22 per Warrant Share at any time for a period of 18 months following closing of the Offering."

Each A warrants are basically an option to purchase 1 share at 22 cents up and until mid 2022. if you do not buy the share the warrants expire value-less. If, on the other hand let's say, NCU is at  $1.00 at that time your warrant and excersize would work out to 22 + 6 cents (at today's warrant price) for a total of 27 cents.

Therefore $1.00 minus 27 cents = 73 cents which is about a 12 X return on your warrant purchase (12 x 6 cents = 72 cents) wheras the share would have given a 6 X return (6 x 18 cents = 98 cents)
