Escondida production has fallen for 2 months in a row. "According to a report by the Chilean state copper commission Cochilco released today, the domestic copper production in October 2021 was 470,700 tonnes, a decline of 3.2% compared to 486,500 tonnes mined in October 2020.
Escondida, the world’s largest copper mine, produced 84,700 tonnes of copper in October 2021, which is 15.2% lower compared to October 2020 (99,900 tonnes)."
