Focus on facts not FUD!Contrary to most on this board, i'm one who's usually focused on showing folks hard, solid facts instead of speculation & FUD. So i strongly suggest investors concentrate on that rather than listening to people who do nothing but waste investors' time by spreading & spamming continuous FUD on these forums. For the bogfits & fishes of this world hoping to misdirect & misinform investors, i would advise spending your time more wisely than spamming this board with cr*p.
With regards to the facts & Neveda Copper, i will give you one really good one. As we all know, Ncu is about to go into full on production (actually is right now to some degree) by Q1 of 2022. According to their own anticipated planning & progression on the site, they will be mining about 5000T/day from the high grade zones in the underground portion. With the possibility to ramp that up to 7000T/day at some point later in 2022. Given that this is the bear minimum the company will achieve in 2022, i will demonstrate some possible valuations.
At 5000T/day, with copper prices at just over $4/lbs, Ncu will generate net revenue about ~$5M per quarter or ~$18M annually. At those levels, this would translate into to about 0.05 per share for the company. Giving a reasonable PE of anywhere from 10 to 15 for mining companies, this gives us a ballpark but fair valuation of about .50US to 0.70US. In Canadian terms, this would be about .60 to .90CDN. Looking at where thew shares are currently trading, the market agrees 100% AND i could make the arguement that they are still quite undervalued. Now this is only a valuation based on the amount of revenue & profits the comoany COULD generate from operations, NOT one based on the current value of the whole resource they have at PH.
What this means friends, it is highly doubtful that the company shares will be trading below current prices for the reasosn i just showed you. UNLESS there's a major global economic crisis that affects the markets OR the company fails to produce what they promissed to do. Which for the latter is possible but very unlikely, as too many folks involved in this project would have too much to lose not to come through.
One question probably on the minds of many here is this, though it is all fine & dandy to show what the company is worth on what they are able to generate as income, what could it possibly be worth for the valuable resource they hold? Well, i will answer this Q in this fashion, "What is 4B pounds of ESG produced copper worth to someone, say someone like Tesla, just down the block from Ncu ops? Once you figure that out, you'll get a good idea what this company might worth in the grande scheme of things. Personally, i've got my own valuations and ill tell you now, it's nowhere close to 0.60 it's currently trading at unless you move the decimal point a little.
Good luck & God speed
