Now that's something I would wish to keep private! Naw, I don’t believe it. BS or rationalization at best. No one can ”afford" to wait. Time is money (that is an expression also). What if there is no a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. What if the UG doesn't make production? I prefer to label it as a "loss of opportunity" because instead of sinking it in a dubious situation that may or not pay off months or years in the future those funds could be earning elsewhere and that constitutes a loss.

Perhaps it might be accurate for you to state, “I can't time anything". That I would believe.
