Hey @Rational47,

The transactions relating to backstops that NCI accessed / exercised in the past were listed on SEDI filings, to date I still haven't seen anything for the recent one. Maybe this backstop is part of the optional funding that NCI has access to that was written about in yesterday's PR.

Around a year ago Pala was averaging around $2.20 CAD / Share before the restart financing package... I see how they are averaging down big time with their continued strong support and exercise of their warrants. While I don't have exact figures, it would be around the $ 0.90-$1.00 CAD after the completion of this funding.

It doesn’t make sense that retail shareholders can buy these shares so cheaply while the main financiers’ cost was around 5-6 times more… Now that their SP average cost is being significantly reduced, I look forward to seeing how the upcoming news can impact the shares for everyone.

Operations and financials are coming within the next week or two... Hang tight and all the best to you and yours.
