The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Nevada Copper, Inc.

the NV attorneys are dancing on the ends of baseball bats 4 sales - far and few between; when dealing w mines..  they are in Elko or Reno..  not SLC - SACa - Sffran...

the briefs on that LAC Mine are Reno and Barrik...  Kate Southwell - she ring a bell.. she is not who;s who..  she is WHO WHAT WHEN AND WHERE - DUK !

tie up a mines assets (closed loop) and they are chasing ambulances w flat tires/firebombed..
