Congo's army has been incurring heavy losses in the fighting. The presence of white armed men at the Mbiza Hotel sparked rumors that the government had hired the notorious Russian mercenary Wagner Group to help fight the rebels.
The russians are attempting to remove the AK Factor and ship N grain.. something on the order of 30M tonns hav arrived in the annexed russian spheres of influence.. mali - niger all of central and coastal africano/etc..
the first step was to toss the french out of niger and let nigeria recover their mines.. the french were only paying around 5% of bare ore - where it was further processed in to reactor fuel in that contry..
IVN mines is not the problem.. its a fort stinking desert and has been since day one.. if i am not mistaken.. the suitor of that mine is from africa and was one of the vanguards in the placement of NCI and the underground determinations (bad decision - according to local geologist here @ yet !)

the stock itself is not a golden child... fairly level investment and not 2B scorned for investors pumpin the shorts.. is it safe in the current enviroments.. --> yes the russians will controll all of that and expand/repair what has been ripped off.. i.e. local starvations.. just a happy bunch fromthe NATO/EU club.. until the russians showed up looking for fried frog leggs --- them/they B soo unhappy at NATO-DC-EU.. the frogg leggs were rotten
