under mines and NPDES w the EIS..  it will fallunder "SilvaCulture Designations"...if U sit bak and yawn w mines...  everything needs a permit - including the canaries...  the water is being divertdm and discharged to groundwater...  cortez mines discharges into a dry lake bed about 10 miles from the mine//  direct re-use will require treatment..

international oil well varco is draining sheeps creek open pit up  at elko..  the water is treated and discharged..
