What risk actually remain now ???
It seems to me that the big risks are all but mitigated.
The main owners are in at $.35 to $.40 average and that was with uncertainty of build on the new mill and with copper at a much lower price and with not such a great future demand outlook?
Anyone care to offer the major risks that they see now ???
Cheers,
Notgnu

As far as tax loss selling goes we are just on the cusp of a possible 30 day buy-back mode from the big volume sell-off in late October. That should at minimum off-set any other tax sellers coming in and could well be net positive in total buys... just a speculation / guess as always though. N

A 20 to 1 share consolidation is needed and probably scheduled in the very near term.. .. otherwise this will continue to look strictly like a penny stock play regardless of fundamentals.. ie. Barely above the pink sheets..... penny shares are inherently high risk

Absolutely agree... I have that in my thesis on this stock. Personally I would like to see a minimum of 25 to 1 and better would be 40 to 1. Makes it buyable for instituions and gives margin to a lot of retail traders like myself once it is over $3. N

All the fifteen million wasn't used correct? After all this what debt will a 200 million year company owe . On another note you ask what uncertainties we would have . What about COVID-19 I think that's a big one everywhere in this earth. I hear Musk just said no covid in space, cheers 44
