However, that future open pit is adjacent to an operating underground mine that will be producing $100s of millions of dollars a year in FCF, for the foreseeable future. I own both NCU and IVN. IVN certainly had to take on partners and seek funding to get its mine built. NCU has its UG mine built already, but it needs to move forward on funding for the open pit. It is not a bad situation to be in, given we are shareholders of the company that holds the private freehold land on which the deposit lies, and where there are many futrther exploration targets.
