FIRES, FLOODS AND HEAT! OH MY! ....

Every year the fires get worse, the floods greater, the heatwaves longer and more intense. It won't be long before even the most stupid will wake up to the FACT that we are in a global climate crisis right here, right now.

The efforts you're seeing to address this are nothing compared to the panic spending that's to come. When they really start to panic there will be no cost too high and this is seriously good for investments in two critical commodities and one of them isn't oil.

Lithim and copper are going to be in such high demand that as Robert Friedland said..."you're going to need a telescope to see them"

Lithium for batteries to power everything and store all the sparks generated by unbelievable numbers of solar and wind projects that are currently under development and to come.

Nevada Coppers future is written in stone.  There's simply no way they don't go on to hit the high end of some of the great analysis presented on this board. I would venture to say that you're highest current guesses will be exceeded by more than you can imagine.   $10 copper is coming  $25,000 lithium is a slam dunk

I own Nevada Copper not for where they are or when the fans get installed or when they hit nameplate production but for when the entire property is functioning like a Swiss Watch....50x bagger anyone?

I own Taseko for the same reasons....in 5 years they will have 3 working mines with Florence being the highest margin mine in the world

I own European Metals and Vulcan Energy Resources as they are THE only European lithium projects of any scale and Europe is where it's at and will be

I own Kodiak as they will drill up a monster project that gets sold to a major

I don't need to own anything else.

They all are in development with their entire best years ahead of them. They will all succeed beyond your wildest dreams if you can just sit tight and be an owner not a speculator or investor.  Treat them as if they were yours and they're going to make you rich.

This is an unstoppable trend supported by everyone and every government. It will soon reach the panic stage and what we've got everyone is going to want.

"U an't seen nothing until U watch Elko Burn" With all respect I don't think you understand wildfire.  The nearest tall pine is 20 miles away from Elko so a devastating crown fire ain't all that likely.  Besides you can cut a dozer line in Artemisia tridentata and stop the fire.  That no work in heavy timber. BTW - Mason Valley too dry for even Sagebrush ...more

"ELKO burns..  and usually a million acres at a time.. " Usually?  LOL Whatever!  I had no idea Elko had grown to a million acres since I left town.   " that sage gets 15 feet high."   Really?  LOL Oh my!  Maybe you’re thinking of Pinon Pine, but then maybe it's all the manure some folks spread around, or perhaps it’s just that you are 15 ...more

2006 - 1.3 million acres Elko County sustained the worst fire season in history when nearly 1 million acres burned, accounting for two-thirds of acreage scorched in the state. Fires burned into the yards of some Elko homes, forcing residents to evacuate.May 23, 2012

Has anyone mentioned that wildfire in the West has grown more destructive due to climate change?  I don't think most folk realize how big Elko County is.  One fire 14 years ago in Elko County (third largest in the US) hardy constituttes "usually" and the article clearly stated that the fire did not burn Elko down. For those who live in civlized regions, they need to ...more

"the tree huggers not thinning their property lines" So why don't they quit hugging and pick up their rakes to clean the forest as Donald J. Trump suggested.  LOL  "Tree huggers"?, so 1970! I'm afraid history has passed us by.  Elko has shopping centers in the hills where I used to walk with my .22, learning to hit running jacks. b.
