Recap of findings

My apologies for the typos. I like to keep the posts clean but totally missed this one.

Last note about the open pit and open pits (plural) is that based on 2023 news releases, there are likely deposits outside of the known and studied deposits that may add tremendous value to this land asset once it is better studied.

The pits are the biggest assets this company has, yet the current "heavily shorted marketcap" hinges mainly on the underground...

Go check out the articles about Nevada Copper on finbox.com , they are old articles but you get a chance to revisit what many analysts at that time have said about Nevada Copper's land asset.

I posted a few weeks ago a tally of the funds raised over the last few years plus the note from KFW bank regarding the mine construction exceeding over 370 million USD back in 2019.

So far, on the low end of current estimate costs based on what I read, at least 1.5 billion CAD invested so far...

Pala's average price per share paid for 822,000,000 shares is estimated at 65 cents - 70 cents CAD

Pala increased its shares by 620 million in less than 1 year. They had 167 million before October 2022.

Mercuria has 100 million warrants at a strike price of 25 cents which cannot be exercised due to the SP being artificially kept around 16 cents CAD

Recently 50 million shares have been added to the public float which has not been explained why by public relations. 249 million shares made up public float, now 297 million shares make up float.

Castlelake LLP and Hargrave (two institutions hold a combine total of 12,300,000 shares within the float) but this has been hidden.

Kate Southwell ( former director) was listed on the insider registry until 2 weeks ago. She was removed from there and her shares are now part of the public float, along with my shares and yours (if you're an actual share holder reading this).

Have a good weekend.

The share price is where it is because of shorts , storks, forks and chopsticks! Add a lil soya sauce and spicy mayo and we're good to go!

"The share price is where it is because of shorts ..."      Oh really!  Was it ‘cuz of shorts in 2016? Or was it ‘cuz of shorts in 2017?  How about 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022?  A lot of us suspected that the significant real-life events that delayed PH production over the last five years might have been responsible for the stock’s poor showing.  ...more

Short reports can be viewed on the links below: Massive shorting prior to offerings weeks and even months prior (Which is illegal and also has been the case multiple times with Nevada Copper) can create larger dilution as well. The lower the share price becomes, the more shares are generated during offering to equal the total dollar sum required for financing activities. Does it make sense for ...more

"I think it is important for you to also state that you have been posting on this board for 12 years (same amount of time Pala Investments has been invested in Nevada Copper)" There you go again, putting "I" and "think" together is a laughable combination of fantasy and self-delusion.  Same time as Pala, hmmm….mysterious!  Oh, I know, they must have been ...more

I wonder who could possibly hold those "shorts"?  Oh, I wonder who could it be?   I’d bet it probably is someone who would greatly benefit from Jay’s repeated unsubstantiated accusations of fraud and insider dealing   Now, who could that be?  Hmm…what a mystery!  LOL   Let’s be clear, so far there is not even circumstantial evidence, only  ...more

I wonder who spends 12 years following and posting on a forum board of a company they are not invested in... how much are you getting paid? Btw I don't care. Based on my findings, most people with insider knowledge have and are shorting this stock. All these findings have been reported to the BCSC. All the best, hello to the insiders reading this.

It is really difficult to argue with an age-stubborn, know-it-all person who obviously sees his purpose in life in constantly lecturing, insulting and defaming others. And now he is also going among the Magi - Jesus, what else?  We need to talk openly on this board about which players in this set-up have an interest in throwing sticks between the legs of retail investors.  My ...more

"It is really difficult to argue with an age-stubborn, know-it-all person who obviously sees his purpose in life in (sic) constantly lecturing, insulting and defaming others." It sure is, I don't know why you do that. b.

Thanks Tom, I agree with you. Well written and appreciated post. I don't read posts from the 12 year poster anymore and a few others on here who go out of their way to write like a 4 year old still breastfeeding and those who make predictions without sharing their math. Waste of time. Abundance to the  Nevada Copper shareholders

"not invested in..."?   I've tried to explain to you a little about mining towns and mining camps.  Actually, a saloon at Candelaria is said to have made MORE than the mine.  I have an RE agent who monthly reports comp to me and since Pala bought in Nevada Copper the value of my property has almost tripled over the last ten years.  So, try really hard, and if your ...more
