stevie, it seams u dont understand.... sea its knot ncu going bankrupt, its ncu going into banruptsea protection.... night and day difference.. bankruptsea protection protects them from a secured creditor from calling a loan and sinking them ( the chicken guys), while theycome up with a restructuring.... so ncu could invoke chapter 11, then pala negotiated with KFC and other creditors ( themselves), and then exits from BP with a clean balance sheet, usually all parties takind abit of ahaircut, and the commons totally getting their nutz clipped.... ( ie commons go to zero), kfc and pala restructure and its private....
