This was a stupid deal

This was a stupid dealAfter NDM has spent years and hundreds of millions of dlrs at high risk along comes Anglo and buys a half equity for the current sp with several safeguards built-in.There is a major difference between 50 and 51 percent and I am amazed that NDM gave up control of Pebbles for such a meager price. No major can now be interested in NDM because Rio holds 20 and options on another 10 percent so unless Rio buys up NDM Anglo ends up with virtual control. At worst it will ne Anglo 50% Rio 30% NDM 20%. NDM will have no say should Rio connect with Anglo.I never ever imagined such a poor deal and am surprised at HDI.
