I agree that it is imperative to get the JV partnership complete before coming up with the final mine strategy. Once that is in place, then you can engage the public, and answer specific questions. I also agree that NDM/NAK could afford to have a more robust online presence.
However, one thing that I have appreciated is that management has acted exactly the opposite of a "Pump and Dump". With those schemes, there is relentless hyping of an asset in order to inflate the SHORT-TERM stock price, then to get out before the SP crashes. In the case of NDM, they have a proven asset, they have maintained a relatively low profile, and they have relentlessly executed their development plan in the face of gigantic hurdles. I have to applaud them for having the testicular fortitude to continue despite the adversity they have faced. I have to believe that they are at least as frustrated as we are about the stock manipulation that is rampant. I expect that in the long run, they will prevail. The stock will get the attention it deserves, and the Longs will be handsomely rewarded. Management is more concerned about the JV partnership, mine plan and the LONG-TERM stock price, in my opinion.
One of the impressions I've formed about NDM ... is their senior mngmt team are largely Dinasours when it comes to technology; both in their general understanding of hi-tech - and how it can be carefully shared & leveraged thru social media.
A very large part of Kerrisdale's success in shorting NDM was their "shock-n-awe" social media/technology campain against NDM ... and NDM's unpredparedness toimmediately reply with deadly accurate information ... if NDM had leading edge technology&transparency - Kerrisdale wouldn't have had nearly the same level of effect.
