Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development company based in Vancouver. The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration of mineral properties. The Company’s principal asset, owned through its wholly owned subsidiary, Pebble Limited Partnership, is a 100% interest in a contiguous block of about 1,840 mineral claims in Southwest Alaska, including the Pebble deposit, located about 200 miles from Anchorage and 125 miles from Bristol Bay. The Pebble Partnership is the proponent of the Pebble Project. The deposit lies entirely within the Lake and Peninsula Borough, approximately 23,782 square miles of land. The deposit is a Copper-Gold-Molybdenum-Silver-Rhenium project. Its subsidiaries include 3537137 Canada Inc., Northern Dynasty Partnership, U5 Resources Inc., Pebble West Claims Corporation, and others.

If you are swayed by today's anti-Pebble NewYorkTimes article, then your thinking processes (and lack of analytical skills) disqualify you from credibly handling others' money.
I really get disgusted when the major media takes a fringe element and hypes their non-scientific based fears and beliefs as a mechanism to usurp sound judgement.
Folks, this is more than a short and stop raid today, it is a full court press with elevated NR DC, progressives, and eco support groups. I would not even be surprised if George Soros is involved ( his open borders projects must really like that about 80% of the alleged 14,000 fishing industry jobs are, other country, imported labor doing seasonal, low pay jobs that Alaskan's will not do. And that a bout 80% of the US workers are seasonal, part time jobs that result in them being in welfare)govt assistance.
