Gold will hold and go up but copper will not only be a store of value relative to USD it's use will increase under Dem's support for alt energy and electric cars. The world is headed that way as well and underinvestment in copper mines for the last decade will support prices. NCU's grade are mid to high on a relative basis (not counting the Congo.) 

So, in short: Stay short or sell NDM and buy NCU...
all my own opinion of course so do your own research.
