RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Is this stock deadThe first claim block with outcropping mineralization was named "Pebble Beach" because it was like walking on a golf course, a welcome change after work in the mountains. The deposit name was shortened to Pebble for convenience. Biden can't make an order against it, without it being considered a change in land use, and a trigger for a lawsuit. He cannot use the 404 mechanism, as that was tried and failed by Obama, it was grossly illegal and would never have survived a court challenge. 

He can change personel and put people in place who will not approve it, as Trump has already done with the ROD. however, it wil be perceived as obvious political manipulation. The companies involved have worked in good faith for 30 years spending 1 billion. If it is stopped, then there would be a clear cause for compensation to be awarded.
