No other reason than to see how annoying you are! In reading what you post, it becomes evident that you have an agenda and you constantly rehash old information. The only relevant info comes from the usace final verdict. Take a break until then if you are not a paid basher. After that, we'll worry about where concentrate gets processed and the myriad of other, changeable in the future, tidbits ...more
