...followed by Alaska legislature vote. It's not just one permit, that being the USACE 404 Permit (denied) as trolls would lead you to believe.

Without demonstrated PFS RESERVE economics and the issuance of major environmental permits, there is, has been, and will be no advancement. Until a PFS releases RESERVES, no economic value is established.

No court can draft law, that is the role of the US Congress (legislative branch). The Clean Water Act cannot be amended by any US court.

22-years. $1 billion spent. No PFS. No permits. No financing. No JV or buyout.

By Alaska cancelling the proponent's mineral lease and allowing a real mining company to assess and disclose reserve economics, IF reserves can be established by a PFS.   NDM would be a go if they were miners and prepared a PFS releasing economic results, but that hasn't occurred in 22-years and $1 billion spent.  Rumor is Anglo spent $500 million and prepared an economic ...more

RC can't and won't argue Bazbuz's question. Why? Because he's a paid operative and readily defies good old logic and reason for why he's even here. He says the project can't and won't be built but he's here everyday posting mining minutae...therby earning his apy.
