Amalfi Capital Corp.'s prospectus, dated March 17, 2008, has been filed with and accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange and the Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario securities commissions, effective March 19, 2008, pursuant to the provisions of the Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario securities acts. The common shares of the company will be listed on the TSX Venture Exchange on the effective date stated below.
The company has completed its initial distribution of securities to the public. The gross proceeds received by the company for the offering were $900,000 (nine million common shares at 10 cents per share).
Commence date: At the opening May 6, 2008, the common shares will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange.
