The RS thing has always been out there....Northern appealed , lost... kicked back to RS .... appealed again now it will be settled , it seems.Sounds like Northern will pay a small fine if all is agreed upon and that will be the end of it.
 
Good news in the sence that there will be no more legal fees but probably a non event as far as the market is concerned or Northerns share price.
