RE:RE:RE:RE:Technically There is a blackout period for insiders to buy shares. As per the Ontario Securities Commission the period is between End of the quarter and the Day results are announced for that quarter.
Our insider Mr. Adam cannot buy or sell new shares now untill the next day they announce the Q2 results which is 6th August.
Till then we could see the share price linger around these levels. I have not seen NFI's specific policy on the blackout periods, but right now we wont see any insider trading.

The fact that Mr. Adam bought until the end is interesting.

Anyone think the results will be good despite the pandemic? Or is he just going to restart buying?
