NG major shareholder in V.TNR
V.TNR will spin-out its LITHIUM ASSETS........ILC which is International Lithium Corp.......on May19th.
This will be after the close of trading that day.
But.........the last day of trading to purchase shares in May 16th.....to receive spin-out shares and share warrants...on a 1 for 4 basis.
TNR closed at
.215 on Friday.
