RE:NYC ambulance chasers hard at worki am a pretty substantial holder of NG and have been following the company for many years. i called the 'law firm' (Hagens) several times yesterday simply to understand what the heck they think they are doing - i got thru to no one! .. give it a try yourselves. it's a complete joke.
kaplan and management are the real deal. ng is under attack becuase it is the real deal/jurisdiction & gold is poised to soar higher over the coming years. so, no, institutional investors are not worried (annoyed, maybe!) understand this journey and risk profile. furthermore, the company respnded beautifully this time around. i am a buyer back up thru previous highs.
it would be very nice to see GOLD comment constructively at this juncture, but i am not counting on it.
