Annual gold production

  • Produced 5.5 million gold ounces and 891 thousand gold equivalent ounces (GEOs)2 from copper, silver, lead and zinc; in-line with revised guidance range and incorporating the legacy Newcrest assets from the acquisition close date
Assuming a $150 per oz from $2000 to $2150, and if it sticks than bottom line profit increase by
Close to $1B.

This is $1.20 per share profit more than budgeted as long as they control their cost.

Just to add on this week pricing environment  Copper, lead, nickel, tin, and aluminum have all posted notable week-on-week gains, up by 2-4% with lead seeing the strongest growth, as a weakening dollar and better-than-assumed Chinese demand improved sentiment in the markets.   this will contribute on the 891000 equivalent which is other metals. glta
