I'd assume that with the general sentiment around Canadian real-estate right now (over-valued and volnurable to interest rates) people are holding off on snatching stocks like this one. In my opinion, NHF.UN is VERY safe as their cashfolw is massive compared to most REITS who's main squeeze is off of appriciation via refinance or selling off assets.
