I think you are right BB that the big issue is the anxiety about TC.  You hint that maybe the share price is being suppressed but I think it will not go up in a meaningful way until people are confident that the dividend will not be cut.   It is hard to be sure it will not until there is some clarity on the new agreement and particularly what the TC will be. Management exacerbates things and does a huge disservice to shareholders with their ridiculous gloom and doom conference calls.     The other thing that will be positive for earnings is that the price of copper has gone up substantially in the last quarter.  In your recent analysis,  you estimated that NIF will make 8 million on by-products.  In 2015 they made 35.5 million can you please clarify the discrepancy, maybe I misunderstood?
