This stock has been in a protracted trading range between about 1.08 -1.15. However, it seems almost without fail late in the day somebody makes a small trade, usually 100 shares to take the stock down to the bid. Often using a Morgan Stanley account. I am sure it is all legit.
There still has been no announcement on the TC for the year. As
I understand it they have some sort of agreement in place for resolving this issue. However, we shareholders who actually own the company are not advised because it is some bogus sensitive matter that supposedly could affect Glencore's financial competitiveness. It is like selling your house and the broker says I can't tell you what we got, the other realtors will use it to their advantage.
