Can you please provide the link to the report or cut and paste the key data points? The TD analysts seems to put out basically the same report every Q. He doesn't appear to even show up for the conference calls anymore. For certain he has stopped asking questions after appearing exasperated by managements stonewalling in previous calls. I am a long but something doesn’t seem to add up with the numbers you present in your post.
I thought he said that he came up with his 1.50 price target with 3.5 times EBITDA. A 50 million EBITDA at 3.5 times would that not give you a price target of aprox 3.50 (3.5 x 50 = 175 million market cap divided by 50 million shares)?
