Agreed. The other point with high inventory is as follows:

When the price of a pound of zinc increases, the price of 1 tonne of zinc concentrats increases as well. Noranda works in tonne of zinc concentrate. A tonne of zinc concentrate is worth more than it was last quarter - all other things being equal.

The earnings didnt give me enough to analyze. The call was the same. I believe that the treatment charges are good news, but with low productio nand recovery we will never see the benefit. The world and North America are crying for physical zinc and we cant get out production circuit in order. Not the quarter I was expecting; but its hard to expect different for Q3. Meh.
