That was a slick and timely move to pik up those 14dollar shares  ancaster. I spose this deal is done now . Hyterra gets the prize ....which seems like mgmt had preordained, privet gets to make a good buck on their shares ..most of us long term long suffereing shareholders get to double our money or more.. and Canada loses out on another fine small cap business which just never seemed to get

I've been in for a few years too, Willy, and doubled down on the dips once the traction started.  So I'm glad patience paid.  I also would have been happier with a continued Canadian success story.

Privet comes back with 11.50  Wow...i thought they were just there to push the price up..but maybe they are really sincere in wanting this thing..i guess the fat lady has yet to sing!

So the Chinese come back with the same price? Just a little higher termination payments to both parties.  Am I  missing something?  Why wouldnt they push for a little higher then matching Privet?  Come on Privet.- offer $12.00 and be done with it - Put in 5 million termination for both parties.  Interesting ride for sure.

Agreed  Privets communique says it all   Norsats board seems hellbent to consumate this deal with Hy..terra to the detriment of  common shareholders. They had better watch out ...i can see the lawsuits flying   Why gift them the increase in the break fee?  Still i am wary.... i never expected privet to actually  want this thing.. what if they bail
