What is going on here ?  We need to stop learning things in the news.  Management needs to keep its investors up to date.

___ I think we all need to take a deep breath here. Sports broadcasting rights are not as cut and dry as an entire league going with one company. I encourage you to listen to the webcast posted on the Neulion site before everyone gets bent out of shape and get educated on how digital rights/content distribution management works. Take the PGA for example. According to the webcast, there are over 300 content distribution deals for the PGA alone (ie. so PGA Japan content rights, south Africa, PGA Austria, etc) - with various nuances of what they can and cannot distribute, at what times, on what days, blackouts, what specific content, etc. That is why BAM Tech can claim they have PGA, but so does Neulion (for New Zealand through Sky - I believe). Even the NHL going with BAM Tech is a bit of a misnomer (since Rogers owns the rights to Gamecenter Live and is still using Neulion for distribution in Canada). There is a reason why Neulion said there would hardly be an impact in 2015. There is no such thing as "NFL going with Perform Group" - NFL distribution rights are probably even MORE complicated than any other sports franchise on the planet - which is why CBS, FOX, ESPN, etc.etc.etc. - all own NFL rights in certain markets, geographies, etc. This is also why CBS can claim they stream "NCAA March Madness", but Neulion also has a pretty solid foothold in NCAA sports. If you understand how this industry works - you will walk away with a very strong appreciation why this is a huge growth market, why Neulion is brilliant expanding their international footprint, has an INTEGRATED technology that is miles ahead of most other streaming video distributors, and are on the cutting edge of delivering 4k live sports content. The complexity of integrating ingest, encode, content, digital rights management, etc - that maximizes Quality of Service (Qos)...is difficult to achieve and takes years of R&D that Neulion has already laid the groundwork for. You will not get maximized Qos - especially for live sports - with integrated pieces of the delivery chain (think Apple (integrated) vs. Microsoft (licensed to PC vendors) model back in the day - which was the better built computer?) Having been on the buy side in my former career of IT services - the value proposition is classic "buy vs. build". If a vendor like Neulion can deliver a product to market faster than I can build it with disparate pieces I need to integrate, and do so at a lower cost than I could do on my own, while still delivering a better quality product - the "buy" decision is a no brainer (rather than building it on your own). I simply would have no incentive to take on unnecessary risk that someone else (ie. Neulion) has already solved. Anyway - just a comment on the noise around this Perform Group....I get the sense people own this stock without understanding how this company makes money or it's growth potential.....i'll remind you there is a reason why management and private equity owns 70% of this company - they know what they are doing.
